Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & Operations
  • Design and scale onboarding frameworks that support hypergrowth in hiring across Field Engineering.
  • Build repeatable, structured processes to ensure programs can scale globally while maintaining high quality and consistency.
  • Translate technical, product, and process complexity into structured, role-specific enablement paths.
  • Create content, curriculum, and innovative learning that can be easily updated and scaled.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding programs (needs analysis, design, deployment, iteration, measurement).
Stakeholder Management & Alignment
  • Partner with global Field Engineering, Sales, and StratOps leaders to align onboarding priorities with business and technical objectives.
  • Establish operating rhythms with stakeholders to ensure onboarding programs remain relevant, adaptive, and outcomes-focused.
  • Build strong relationships with SMEs, managers, and executive sponsors to drive engagement and long-term adoption.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Define onboarding KPIs — ramp time, time-to-first-value, productivity benchmarks — and track program impact at scale.
  • Leverage both quantitative and qualitative feedback to continually optimize onboarding experiences.
  • Implement scalable feedback loops and reporting dashboards to communicate results to senior leadership.
Global Enablement Delivery
  • Facilitate onboarding and manager enablement sessions for technical audiences, both virtual and in-person.
  • Adapt delivery models and content to suit global audiences, regional needs, and asynchronous formats.
  • Ensure enablement resources, playbooks, and content repositories remain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Travel as needed (approx. 25%) for onboarding delivery and scaling regionally.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or onboarding design for technical sales or engineering roles in SaaS/technology.
  • Proven ability to operationalize and scale onboarding programs that support rapid organizational growth.
  • Expertise in adult learning design and enablement best practices, especially for technical audiences.
  • Strong program management skills: ability to manage multiple complex programs independently, deliver on-time, and mitigate risks.
  • Data-driven mindset: experience defining metrics, building dashboards, and optimizing learning outcomes using insights.
  • Experience with modern enablement technologies (LMS, CMS, microlearning platforms, collaboration tools).
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Growth mindset and proactive ownership: ability to thrive in ambiguity and continuously improve.
