- Staff level experience in building complex software systems, including technical leadership or mentorship capacity.
- Proven ability to successfully lead and execute high-scale greenfield or major architectural transformation projects, leveraging best practices like architectural trade-offs and design reviews.
- Prior experience in mentoring engineers and actively contributing to the scaling of engineering culture.
- A resourceful "can-do" mindset and a profound sense of personal ownership.
- A boundless curiosity and the proven ability to learn independently.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience with mobile application development and deployment lifecycle - an advantage.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or a related field - an advantage.
- Experience with native applications development - an advantage.
