Job Summary & Responsibilities
Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a full time Staff LPN for our Opioid Treatment Program. LPN will administer medication and take-home medication to patients in an OTP setting under the supervision of the Nursing Coordinator. Update and maintain necessary clinic records. Document the narcotic count daily.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
- Graduate from accredited LPN School
- NYS LPN License
- BLS
Shift will be 6AM-2PM
Hourly Rate Based on Years of Experience $33.2415-$39.4751
