Assists providers with patient evaluations, physicals, vital signs, blood work, EKGs, medication and laboratory orders, medical records, and accurate documentation. Performs duties within the LPN scope of practice and may cover other sites as needed.

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is looking for a full time LPN for our Family Health Center. Under the direction of the RN:
Responsible for assisting providers in evaluation of and attention to the medical record, and needs of patients. Assist providers with physicals, blood work as needed, taking VS, EKGs, medication orders, laboratory orders, responsible for documenting all care provided accurately and completely. Perform any and all duties within the LPN scope of practice. May have to cover other sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited LPN Program
- NYS LPN License
- BLS
