About The RoleThe MarTech Product manager is responsible for accelerating customer acquisition and retention, driving our active customer base, frequency, CLV and ROAS. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, Customer, this role owns the conceptual, strategic, and technical development of our core marketing data and technology infrastructure. As the organization shifts toward advanced data-driven marketing, this position exists to optimize multi-million dollar marketing spends and unlock scalable user acquisition loops across our flywheel of buyers and sellers. You will scale and manage complex initiatives across multiple engineering squads and data science teams, driving high-impact product ideas from discovery to deployment. Join us to build a seamless ecosystem that connects millions of circular economy customers with the luxury items they love.

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Define, articulate, and execute the product vision and long-term strategy for martech, including scaled customer journey personalization across channels, and content & offer creation, and loyalty.

  • Manage multiple engineering squads, technical backlogs, and data science collaborators to ship world-class features while balancing tech debt.

  • Partner deeply with Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising leaders to design automation strategies that optimize marketing spend efficiency.

  • Write clear technical requirements and user stories that eliminate workflow friction and maximize technical team velocity.

  • Build business cases, prioritize roadmap scope ruthlessly, and establish quantitative metrics to measure the business value of launched features.

  • Mentor and develop cross-functional product talent, acting as a fierce advocate for customer empathy across the broader organization.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management with a dedicated focus on marketing technology, with a proven emphasis on backend martech infrastructure, data platform architectures, or core growth engines rather than pure creative campaign execution.

  • Direct experience designing, scaling, or managing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer identity resolution/graphs, and cross-channel marketing automation frameworks.

  • Proven technical ownership over enterprise-scale transaction/entitlement infrastructure, loyalty programs, or automated promotional engines (e.g., site credits, coupons, and points systems).

  • Proven track record of managing and leading multiple concurrent engineering squads or highly technical, cross-functional platform initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience with core software development workflows, web technologies, complex API integrations, and managing high-scale technical backlogs.

  • Strong analytical expertise utilizing data, metrics, and quantitative frameworks (e.g., CLV, ROAS, retention loops) to back up roadmap assumptions and drive platform actions.

  • Exceptional technical communication skills with a history of translating complex data pipelines and presenting strategic product recommendations to executive management.

  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with advanced Data Engineering and Data Science marketing pipelines, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and predictive customer lifetime value models.

  • Experience with analytics, cross-channel experimentation, and agentic AI rapid iteration workflows—taking analysis to hypothesis to experiment to learning in rapid succession to drive top-line growth.

  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS), Owned and Paid Activation Platforms, and managing data governance privacy standards.
