About the RoleWe're looking for a Staff Product Engineer to operate at the highest technical level, setting direction, solving our hardest problems, and raising the bar across the entire engineering org. You'll own the most consequential systems and initiatives end-to-end while shaping how we build, scale, and ship as a company. This is a role for someone who leads through technical excellence and drives outsized impact across teams.

8 - 10 years of full-stack engineering experience (we also welcome exceptional new grads with meaningful projects or internships).
Deep familiarity with AI, LLMs, or AI-assisted systems or a willingness to learn fast.
Outcome-driven mindset: you measure success in impact, not just shipped features.
