Competencies

We care less about the number of years you've worked and more about your commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, drive, and achievements so far.

What stands out to us:

  • Builder mentality: you thrive in uncharted territory. Rather than waiting for direction, you take initiative, create your own playbook, and find opportunities others overlook

  • Results-driven: you exceed targets. You're probably an overperforming AE who wants a tougher challenge, or a seasoned enterprise seller with a maverick streak. Either way, you're motivated by growth and impact

  • Business savvy: you get that every organization is different, especially when it comes to customer success. You've got the intuition to understand these unique dynamics, build trust, and solve tough commercial challenges alongside global business leaders

  • Ruthless focus: you don't chase every shiny object. You go after what works, cutting through distractions, doubling down on your wins, and dropping what doesn't deliver

Trajectory

At Planhat, we don't talk about results, we get them. We started with zero external funding and still operate with a bootstrapped mentality, building a business trusted by some of the world's most ambitious companies. We're scrappy, resourceful, and unafraid to challenge industry giants. We thrive on experimentation and figuring things out as we go.

We like to think we're creating one of the world's most strategic and exciting business tools. Tens of thousands of users worldwide rely on Planhat daily to manage over 2.6 million customers. Planhat is already a trusted partner in the IT and Telco markets, helping businesses scale operations, enhance efficiency, and realize their CX strategies.

Here's where you come in:

  • You'll figure out pathways into billion-dollar enterprises and globally recognized brands

  • You'll drive measurable wins and help clients achieve sustainable post-sales growth

  • As one of the first hires in this high-impact unit, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling a team central to Planhat's next phase of growth

Definition of Success
  • You are continuously building and converting pipeline within the IT and Telco sectors, owning the full sales cycle end to end

  • You are consistently seen as a trusted partner by your customers, not just another vendor

  • You are growing into larger, more strategic accounts and taking on broader responsibilities within the team

  • You are actively shaping the playbook and culture of a high-impact commercial unit at Planhat

  • You are driving measurable wins that contribute to Planhat's growth in the IT and Telco markets
