Role Overview

As a Strategic Account Executive at Jump, you will be the lead architect for our most significant and complex partnerships. You won't just manage a territory; you will own the end-to-end strategy for acquiring and expanding within the world’s largest and most prestigious financial institutions. You will navigate massive, multi-entity organizations to secure foundational partnerships that redefine how they leverage AI. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of visionary selling, political navigation, and rigorous execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Targeted Strategic Pursuit: Identify and lead the pursuit of "Top 25" global financial institutions, developing bespoke account plans for Tier-1 banks, global asset managers, and national broker-dealers.

  • C-Suite Influence: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, aligning Jump’s AI roadmap with the client’s overarching digital transformation goals.

  • Complex Deal Architecture: Lead the negotiation of high-complexity, multi-million dollar contracts involving intricate legal, security, and data privacy requirements.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the "internal CEO" for your accounts, coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure we over-deliver on strategic commitments.

  • Category Leadership: Serve as a thought leader in the FinServ AI space, helping institutional leaders navigate the transition from legacy workflows to AI-augmented operations.

  • Expansion Strategy: Beyond the initial "land," you will develop strategies for "expanding" Jump’s footprint across various business units and international geographies within the parent organization.

About You:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Enterprise/Strategic SaaS sales, specifically managing $500k+ ARR deal cycles with a history of hitting/exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.

  • Deep domain expertise in the institutional financial landscape, including an intimate understanding of the regulatory hurdles (SEC, FINRA) and internal "red tape" common in global firms.

  • Proven ability to navigate 12–18 month sales cycles involving 10+ stakeholders across IT, Compliance, Procurement, and Business Lines.

  • You sell outcomes, not features. You can articulate the ROI of AI in a way that resonates with a CFO and a Chief Digital Officer alike.

  • Elite presentation skills; you are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a technical deep-dive.

  • You thrive in a "Direct + Kind + No Drama" environment and take full ownership of your book of business without needing a manual.
