By overseeing contract negotiations, guiding renewals and expansions, and maintaining accurate reporting and forecasts, you will ensure both client satisfaction and company growth. Ultimately, the SAM role is about translating strategy into action and helping clients achieve their objectives while strengthening Simon’s position as a trusted partner.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering to prioritize client needs.

  • Ensure clients realize measurable ROI from the Simon platform through proper alignment, goal setting, and value demonstration.

  • Plan and lead Executive Business Reviews across your portfolio.

  • Travel as needed to conferences, company offsites, and client offices.
