ISS-Corporate is looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to manage and grow relationships within an existing book of business. This role focuses on retention, cross‑selling, and expanding the use of ISS’s corporate governance, executive compensation, sustainability, and financial analysis solutions. As a Strategic Account Manager you’ll partner with an established client base, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify new cross‑selling opportunities that help organizations make better decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and grow relationships across an assigned client portfolio
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify and close cross‑sell opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, pipeline management, negotiations, renewals, and closing new business
  • Build targeted outreach and lead‑generation campaigns to expand engagement within accounts
  • Achieve revenue goals through retention and new solution sales
  • Partner with ISS-Corporate advisory teams to deliver insights and strong customer service
  • Provide market feedback to support product development

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-7 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or marketing; financial or corporate/consulting background preferred
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Comfortable building credibility and rapport with senior executives

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.

 

The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
