3. Business Development & Market Expansion
•Drive net-new business opportunities, with a strong focus on retail & commercial banking transformation.
•Collaborate on product development, go-to-market positioning, and thought leadership in financial services. Help build TCO 2-5 years
•Leverage industry knowledge to identify and capture growth opportunities with both new and existing clients.
4. Strategic Advisory & Internal Enablement

•Provide oversight, insight, and mentorship on structuring client engagements, proposals, and strategic plans.
•Drive some leadership workshops during our Inception process
5. Ad Hoc Contributions
•Represent the company in speaking engagements and client events.
•Provide executive presence and thought leadership in marketing and brand-building efforts.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

•Strong executive presence with ability to build trust and credibility with middle management and C-suite leaders.
•Deep understanding of banking operations, lending, and commercial banking.
•Demonstrated ability to craft strategic roadmaps and translate client goals into actionable business outcomes.
•Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments, willing to roll up sleeves and execute.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
