Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $115,000.00 - $175,000.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.What you will be doing
  • Lead Atlas & Technology Communications: Set and coordinate the internal and external communications approach across technology, innovation, and transformation. 

  • Serve as Engagement communications leader for technology and Atlas: Coordinate priorities, briefings, talking points, meeting objectives, and follow-through for high-impact engagements. 

  • Coordinate Board Reporting: Manage the board subcommittee cadence and materials, including progress, milestones, metrics, risks, and decision points. 

  • Prepare Executive Communications: Develop presentations, remarks, executive briefs, Q&A, and social media content in the CTDIO’s voice. 

  • Coordinate External Engagements: Prepare the technology leaders for donors, regulators, partners, conferences, media, and industry forums in partnership with the appropriate enterprise teams. 

  • Coordinate Internal Engagements: Plan/coordinate technology all-team meetings, town halls, leadership forums, and message cascades that build alignment across Technology and Atlas.  Where appropriate, partnering closing with the boarder internal Communications Team. 

  • Tell the Atlas Story: Translate work across technology, data, AI, cybersecurity, clinical informatics, innovation, and transformation into clear stories of enterprise impact. 

  • Align Leadership Messaging: Work with senior leaders to coordinate priorities, milestones, announcements, and key messages. 

  • Support Change Communications: Partner with program and change leaders on communications that support understanding and adoption of major initiatives. 

  • Manage Communications Cadence: Maintain executive updates, newsletters, showcases, announcements, and other priority communications. 

  • Maintain the Engagement Calendar: Coordinate major board, leadership, external, and organizational engagements, materials, decisions, and follow-up actions. 

  • Measure & Improve Engagement: Use stakeholder feedback and communications metrics to improve clarity, reach, and effectiveness.
