About the role 

Roku is looking for a skilled FP&A Manager to join the Platform Finance team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Platform FP&A, this role partners closely with Roku’s senior management, business, and product teams to drive strategic deals, partnerships, and investments.  The role will combine financial leadership, modeling, and valuation expertise to evaluate complex opportunities, guide executive decision-making, and optimize enterprise value across the Roku Platform. Track and evaluate the company’s largest Platform partners, monitoring growth, ROI, and evolution over time. 

For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and 195,500 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off. 

 

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead financial evaluation of deals and platform partnerships, including reporting, forecasting, and ROI analysis 
  • Analyze markets, assess opportunities and build frameworks to drive executive decisioning  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, corp dev, sales and product to structure scalable, commercially viable agreements 
  • Build and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow, scenario/sensitivity) and translate deal economics into forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans 
  • Prepare executive-ready materials and provide finance insight during negotiations 
  • Support valuation analyses for M&A and strategic investments; advise on capital allocation and portfolio prioritization 
  • Provide finance insight during negotiations to optimize enterprise value 

 

We’re excited if you have 
  • Understanding and knowledge in the tech and media landscape 
  • 10+ years in investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance 
  • Expertise in M&A, complex multi-year deals, partnerships, and enterprise-wide financial impact 
  • Advanced financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and risk assessment
  • Strong business judgment, deal intuition, and executive communication & storytelling with numbers, pitch decks 
  • BA in Finance/Economics, MBA a plus
