EisnerAmper is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to join our Strategic Growth team. This role will play a critical part in supporting EisnerAmper’s strategic initiatives through in-depth market, industry, and client analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a deep curiosity for market dynamics, and the ability to assess financial feasibility for innovation projects, including generative AI. The role will also support the corporate development team at times.

What Work You Will be Responsible For: 

  • Conduct in-depth market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and trend analysis across key industries served by EisnerAmper.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and tools to analyze client profitability, growth trends, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Partner with go-to-market, service line, and industry leaders to inform strategic decisions based on market intelligence and client behavior.
  • Support cross-functional teams in modeling cost-benefit outcomes for automation and innovation initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance and risk indicators tied to technology investments and recommend course corrections as needed.
  • Support M&A Team through target company financial analysis, synergy modeling, and valuation support to the corporate development team.
  • Collaborate with corporate development and integration teams to assess post-deal performance, including tracking against financial KPIs.
  • Act as a thought partner to business unit leaders, providing actionable insights and financial guidance.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, BI, and Technology teams to improve data quality, automation, and analytics capabilities.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for executive decision-making.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA, CPA, or).
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or strategy consulting

Preferred candidates also have: 

  • Professional services industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop robust financial models and market frameworks to guide strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of valuation, ROI analysis, and corporate strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI/tech business models and innovation finance a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data for senior executives.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

85000

and

150000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.  The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
