About the Team

This is Manifest's first dedicated partnerships hire — a foundational role that will define how we build and scale our partner ecosystem across the US. You'll own the full partner motion end-to-end: recruiting high-value partners, building joint go-to-market strategies, and driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Manifest already has significant inbound partner interest, so your first challenge isn't generating awareness — it's building the system to evaluate, prioritize, and activate the right partners at the right time. There is no existing playbook; you'll create the strategy from scratch and establish partnerships as a meaningful, growing revenue channel.

About the Role
  • Own partner strategy, recruitment, activation, and revenue generation end-to-end

  • Build a tiering framework to evaluate and prioritize high volumes of inbound partner interest

  • Identify and onboard partners across HR advisory, immigration, legal, SI, PEO, and benefits ecosystems

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans aligned to Manifest's ICP and growth targets

  • Enable partners to position and co-sell Manifest's solutions effectively

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline against clear quarterly revenue targets

  • Design the engagement model and operational infrastructure future partnerships hires will scale on

What You’ll Do

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in partnerships, channel, or business development in SaaS, HR tech, or professional services

  • Proven track record recruiting, activating, and managing strategic partners — not just maintaining an existing book

  • Experience building partner programs, tiering frameworks, or engagement models from scratch

  • Experience owning pipeline generation or revenue targets sourced through partners

  • Strong executive-level relationship skills with cross-functional fluency across Sales, Marketing, and CS

Nice-to-haves:

  • Direct sales experience

  • Background in HR tech, immigration, legal services, or global mobility

  • Willingness to travel across the US as needed

What We're Looking For
  • You want to own a partnerships function entirely, not manage a slice of one. You're energized by building from zero and motivated by direct impact on company trajectory. You believe the best partnerships are built on genuine mutual value, not just referral agreements.

This is for you if....

What to include: a few sentences describing the person who will thrive. Focus on energy and motivation, not just skills. Ask yourself: What kind of person genuinely loves this work? What gets them out of bed?

This is not for you if....

You're looking to inherit a defined program and manage an existing partner portfolio. You need a fully structured environment with established processes and clear playbooks. You're not ready for the pace and ownership that comes with an early-stage build role.
