Manifest OS is the leading AI-native company on a mission to replace the billable hour and make legal services more accessible for American businesses and consumers. We power the next generation of AI-native law firms with one unified global brand, a proprietary technology platform, and a centralized back office — enabling lawyers to eliminate the administrative burden and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients. Manifest OS has raised a $60M Series A from Menlo Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, First Round, and Quiet Capital.
About the TeamThis is Manifest's first dedicated partnerships hire — a foundational role that will define how we build and scale our partner ecosystem across the US. You'll own the full partner motion end-to-end: recruiting high-value partners, building joint go-to-market strategies, and driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Manifest already has significant inbound partner interest, so your first challenge isn't generating awareness — it's building the system to evaluate, prioritize, and activate the right partners at the right time. There is no existing playbook; you'll create the strategy from scratch and establish partnerships as a meaningful, growing revenue channel.

Nice-to-haves:
Direct sales experience
Background in HR tech, immigration, legal services, or global mobility
Willingness to travel across the US as needed
You want to own a partnerships function entirely, not manage a slice of one. You're energized by building from zero and motivated by direct impact on company trajectory. You believe the best partnerships are built on genuine mutual value, not just referral agreements.
What to include: a few sentences describing the person who will thrive. Focus on energy and motivation, not just skills. Ask yourself: What kind of person genuinely loves this work? What gets them out of bed?
This is not for you if....You're looking to inherit a defined program and manage an existing partner portfolio. You need a fully structured environment with established processes and clear playbooks. You're not ready for the pace and ownership that comes with an early-stage build role.
