Who You Are:

This role will liaise with clients to support strategic pre- and post-sales conversations around our Custom Content product for customers in the US and Canada.
You have a passion for visual content and how it’s used to tell stories on social, in the media and with brands. You are results-focused, self-motivated, and organized, with expert attention to detail, and excellent communications skills.  You’re competitive and driven to support our sales teams to grow revenue, and you’re not afraid of aggressive sales targets.  
You have the personality to work with many internal departments, as well as demanding clients. You love working with clients to manage expectations and solve problems, whether it’s discussing specific, objective metrics or subjective creative concepts. You like a challenge and get a great sense of accomplishment when you build brand new clients into happy, repeat customers. 

Your Next Challenge:

  • Provide end to end support for Getty Images’ Custom Content product, a professional crowd-sourced solution for creating exclusive content at scale
  • Pre-sales: Support the discovery process and provide subject matter expertise to drive new business opportunities and our sales teams toward closing new Custom business
  • Post-sales: Support customers to get the most value out of the product, from onboarding and familiarizing them with the functionality of our proprietary platform, to managing conversations around creative briefs, as well as monitoring the timing of their contracts to ensure full utilization of the service, client satisfaction and positioning effectively for renewal
  • Collaborate closely with our Creative content and production teams on brief execution and logistics, working as a liaison between them and our clients
  • Become an expert in our various systems and processes, working with  our enterprise sales teams, legal, and finance to seamlessly support delivery of the service
  • Other duties as required

What You'll Need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or as a SME (subject matter expert)
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in account management/customer success with a range of end clients
  • Proven consistent results meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to drive toward specific objectives
  • Strong customer service and communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships – internally and externally
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to build rapport with contacts and create long-term relationships: understand their business direction; understand medium to long term goals
  • Top-notch organizational skills and ability to handle multiple short and long term tasks, managing projects and delivery expectations on tight deadlines
  • Ability to be agile, remain focused and make smart decisions in a rapidly changing, often ambiguous environment
  • Proficient to advanced computer literacy (MS Office Tools and preferably Salesforce)

  • Related degree
  • Work experience that demonstrates a passion for and knowledge of communications and visual storytelling
  • Content licensing background
