About the RoleHi! I’m Devon Bridges, and I’m excited to be hiring our next Strategic Sales Development Representative.
We’re looking for a Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for identifying and engaging net-new, large-scale prospects and generating qualified opportunities for our Enterprise and Strategic sales team.
This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll maintain a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to create pipeline for the sales organization. You’ll partner closely with one or more Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to expand their book of business and help shape our outbound strategy.
This role is based in London, with an expectation to collaborate in person 2–3 days per week with Enterprise & Strategic AEs and EMEA sales leadership.
What You’ll DoOwn strategic outbound prospecting into net-new enterprise accounts through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
Maintain high activity levels while delivering thoughtful, personalized outreach to complex buyer personas.
Partner closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and territory strategy.
Qualify prospects through consultative discovery conversations to create high-quality sales opportunities.
Help build, document, and iterate on the outbound playbook as we scale our Enterprise motion.
Track activity, pipeline, and performance in CRM and sales engagement tools, using data to continuously improve results.
1–2+ years of experience in a pipeline generation role or a highly process-oriented role.
Fluency in German, with the ability to prospect and communicate confidently with German-speaking stakeholders.
A proven track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment.
Experience with complex, consultative sales cycles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Ability to prospect into new accounts using proven outbound tactics.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a bias for action.
The ability to focus on high-impact work and execute with discipline.
High integrity, comfort owning mistakes, and learning quickly.
A customer-oriented mindset and sense of urgency to deliver results.
Experience selling into enterprise or strategic accounts.
Exposure to B2B SaaS or technical products.
A track record of exceeding outbound or pipeline targets.
Experience working closely with senior sales leaders or executives.
Success in this role means:
Consistently generating high-quality, qualified pipeline for Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives.
Becoming a trusted outbound partner to AEs and EMEA leadership.
Helping scale and improve outbound processes and playbooks.
Operating with ownership, speed, and discipline in a fast-moving environment.
