The Strategic Supply Chain Senior Manager leads end‑to‑end supply chain strategy, driving network optimization, cost efficiency, supplier performance, and operational scalability. This role owns long-range planning, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen resilience, reduce risk, and support enterprise growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

  • Develop multiyear supply chain strategies aligned to corporate objectives.
  • Build and maintain capacity models, demand scenarios, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Lead strategic roadmap initiatives across fulfillment, logistics, inventory, and supplier ecosystems.

Network Optimization

  • Evaluate and optimize distribution of footprint, transportation flows, and inventory positioning.
  • Drive cost‑to‑serve analysis, throughput modeling, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Partner with Finance to quantify ROI, cost savings, and capital investment requirements.

Supplier & Partner Management

  • Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and quarterly business reviews with key vendors.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to support diversification and scalability.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Engineering, and Customer Experience to align priorities and execution.
  • Serve as the strategic liaison for executive leadership, providing insights, risks, and recommendations.
  • Lead cross functional initiatives such as new product introduction, network transitions, and system integrations.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and data driven methodologies to reduce waste and improve reliability.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility into performance, risk, and cost drivers.
  • Champion automation, digitization, and advanced analytics across the supply chain.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Build resilience strategies for geopolitical, transportation, supplier, and regulatory risks.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, sustainability standards, and internal governance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of supply chain experience, including leadership or strategic responsibility.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, network optimization, and supplier management.
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, TMS, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Annual base pay: $110,000 - $130,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
