Own relationships with large, complex NetSuite clients as the primary contact. Lead business reviews, translate client needs into consultant action plans, coordinate delivery across workstreams, manage risks and escalations, and recommend system optimizations. The role requires strong client communication, project management, ERP knowledge, and relationship management with C-suite stakeholders.

One of Pine's portfolio companies, The Vested Group, is an award-winning Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider that partners with growing businesses to get their operations running the way they should. They specialize in ERP implementations, support, and custom solutions — and they measure success by the long-term value they create, not just the project they deliver. Their inVESTED PRO practice provides ongoing support and optimization after go-live, and many of those client relationships run for years.

They're looking for a Success Manager to own relationships with their largest and most complex inVESTED PRO clients. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for client leadership teams, work closely with NetSuite consultants to deliver on client priorities, and lead escalations when they arise. This role comes with a full client portfolio from day one — the right person is ready to hit the ground running.

This is a fully remote role.

What You'll Do

    • Manage a portfolio of large, complex inVESTED PRO clients as their primary point of contact.
    • Hold regular business reviews with client leadership — including C-suite stakeholders — to review progress and set priorities.
    • Translate client business needs into prioritized action plans for NetSuite consultants and developers.
    • Track timelines, scope, and resourcing across multiple client workstreams simultaneously.
    • Flag risks early — low adoption, scope creep, stalled work, renewal concerns — and put a plan in place to address them.
    • Lead client escalations and difficult conversations through to resolution.
    • Coordinate with delivery, support, and account teams to keep client work on schedule.
    • Recommend optimizations, additional modules, and process improvements that help clients get more out of NetSuite.

What They're Looking For

    Required

    • 5+ years in client success, account management, consulting, or another client-facing role.
    • Functional background, ideally in operations.
    • ERP experience as an end user, administrator, consultant, or project lead.
    • Experience managing relationships with large or complex clients, including C-suite stakeholders.
    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Proactive communication and consistent follow-through across teams.
    • Comfort managing escalations and difficult client conversations.
    • Nice to Have

      • NetSuite experience.
      • Business degree or business background.
      • Experience in managed services, ERP support, or technology consulting.

What They Offer

  • Location: Remote
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; generous PTO and company-observed holidays; 401(k) with employer match; professional development and room to grow as the practice expands; and the long-term backing of Pine Services Group
