As an intern, you’ll work with our technologists and business experts to gain practical, hands-on experience that you can actually use. Our program combines traditional classroom-settings with project-based work where you can get involved with the products and services the firm is working on. Along the way, you’ll have guidance from people at all levels of the organization so you can start to build a long-lasting professional network and build relationships with the intern class through interactive outings and projects.
At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.
Who will you work for?
Tradeweb’s Product & Sales teams sit at the center of our client-facing business, working closely with institutional and retail market participants to understand their needs and deliver solutions across our electronic trading platforms.
As a Product & Sales Intern, you may work with teams focused on developing and enhancing our products, supporting clients and dealers, strengthening client relationships, or helping drive adoption of Tradeweb’s trading solutions. These teams partner closely with colleagues across Technology and other areas of the business, giving interns exposure to how our products are developed, delivered, and supported in the market.
What do you need to succeed?
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in any industry
- Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology
- Ability to analyze a problem, take a view and present a plan of action
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Be motivated by teamwork
- Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading & market structure

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $22.00 - $25.00 hourly based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
