OVERVIEW: Our organization is seeking a driven and analytically minded College Intern to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team. This remote internship offers an opportunity for students to immerse themselves in the world of data analysis, data engineering and business intelligence within the Digital and Information Technology sector. The intern will work closely with data professionals to assist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support strategic decision-making processes.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field with a focus on quantitative analysis.
- Analytical Skills: Adept at working with numbers and statistical concepts, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive Learning: Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques in the field of data analytics.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling is a plus.
- Previous internship experience in data analytics or a related field.
The target compensation for this position is anticipated to be $20 per hour.
