Job Description:
The Scheduling Coordination Supervisor will be responsible for oversight and supervision of service coordinators. He/She will ensure timely admissions with optimal quality of care for all Americare clients.
Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
MUST be bilingual Spanish
Must have at least 2 years recent experience in a licensed home care agency. Preferably in a leadership role.
Superior supervisory experience at least one year.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft programs
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work OT as needed
