Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain operations in the fast-paced Beauty industry. You will work closely with our Supply Chain and Operations teams to support inventory optimization, demand and supply planning and distribution processes to ensure our innovative beauty products are available for customers on time and in full.

This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or Business who want real‑world experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day demand forecasting activities by analyzing sales data, market trends, and promotional plans.
  • Support day-to-day inventory management initiatives, including tracking stock levels, identifying potential shortages or excess, and recommending adjustments.
  • Contribute to our ongoing process‑transformation initiatives aimed at streamlining planning workflows and increasing automation across the Supply Chain team.
  • Help enhance and automate existing tools (Excel, Power BI dashboards, planning trackers) and participate in exploratory work around AI‑enabled solutions to improve planning accuracy, visibility, and efficiency.
  •  Perform data‑driven analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction, service‑level improvement, or lead‑time optimization.
  • Depending on your analysis, you may lead a cross‑functional and/or cross‑brand improvement project.
  • Gain exposure to the full beauty supply chain, from production to finished‑goods distribution to point of sales.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with data, curiosity and  problem-solving orientation.
  • Solid proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation) and experience developing Power BI reports.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with supply chain ERP or planning systems (e.g., AX, Anaplan, machine learning) and Supply Chain experience is a plus.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $20-$25/hour.
