Department Overview
The Supply Chain PMO serves as the central hub for the strategic oversight and governance of all large-scale, cross-functional programs and projects within the Supply Chain and Global Processes domains.
Job Description

Our Supply Chain Project Management Office (PMO) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming our operations by supporting process enhancements, improving project delivery times, and exploring innovative uses of AI to create a more engaging customer experience.

You will work closely with our PMO team to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world business challenges and make a tangible impact on our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement & Reporting: Help identify and document opportunities to streamline our reporting processes. You'll assist in developing new dashboards and reporting templates to provide clearer insights into project status and performance.

  • Project Management Support: Work with project managers to analyze project timelines and identify bottlenecks. You will contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing our time to deliver projects, ensuring we meet our business goals more efficiently.

  • Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to support PMO initiatives. Your insights will help us make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Additional Qualified Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project) is a plus.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in G sheets is desirable.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and working independently.


Basic Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Graduation date no later than Dec. 2029
