About LoopMe

LoopMe is an AI company solving one of advertising's hardest problems: making brand advertising actually measurable — and making it perform. Our platform runs patented machine learning models across billions of consumer signals in real time, optimising campaigns toward outcomes like purchase intent, brand lift, and foot traffic rather than proxy metrics like clicks. The result is 2–5x better performance than industry benchmarks, at scale.

We operate a high-load programmatic infrastructure — processing millions of ad requests per second with sub-200ms response times globally. This isn't a layer on top of someone else's stack; it's built from the ground up, in-house, by the team you'd be joining. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in London, we now have 400+ people across 19 cities and have sustained 40% revenue CAGR since 2018. The problems here are real, the ownership is genuine, and the scale is significant. Our most recent employee engagement survey rated us 4.1 out of 5 — find out why on our Careers page.

The opportunity

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role at the centre of LoopMe's global supply operations. You'll own the technical integration and day-to-day operational health of a portfolio of publishers across SDK, oRTB and VAST — from onboarding through to post-launch troubleshooting and revenue optimisation.

You'll work alongside a Supply Operations team spanning London, Krakow and Dnipro, and partner closely with Supply BD & AM, Product and Engineering. Following LoopMe's acquisition of Chartboost, you'll also help extend our supply operations capabilities into gaming and mobile app markets.

This role reports to the Senior Supply Operations Manager. It has no direct reports today, but is a deliberate step toward team leadership: as you build depth across the supply stack, there's a clear path to mentoring and eventually managing others.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new supply partners end to end across oRTB, VAST, TAM, Nimbus, pre bid — running the technical setup, testing and go-live for publishers in your portfolio
  • Own post-launch integration health and revenue optimisation for your accounts, working to defined SLAs
  • Monitor and maintain technical integrations with SSPs and adtech partners, spotting problems before partners do
  • Investigate and resolve issues across ad rendering, discrepancies, signals, IVT, fraud and delivery — getting to root cause rather than a workaround
  • Use supply performance data to surface trends, diagnose issues and recommend changes that grow revenue
  • Act as a first point of contact for supply escalations, keeping partners and internal stakeholders clearly informed through to resolution
  • Partner with Supply BD & AM, Product and Engineering to translate publisher needs into workable technical solutions
  • Document what you learn — turning fixes and one-off investigations into repeatable runbooks the wider team can use
  • Help improve onboarding and support processes as our publisher base scales, and mentor less experienced colleagues as the team grows

What you'll bring

Essential

  • 4+ years in programmatic advertising, adtech or revenue operations, in a technical or operational role
  • Solid working knowledge of SSPs, SDKs, in-app and web supply integrations, and oRTB — and the troubleshooting methods that go with them
  • A track record of diagnosing and resolving technical supply issues independently, and knowing when to escalate
  • Comfort working with performance data — able to pull, interrogate and draw actionable conclusions from it (SQL or equivalent is a plus)
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external partners
  • Self-directed and organised — able to prioritise a portfolio of partners without close supervision

Nice to have

  • Experience with CTV supply integrations
  • Exposure to gaming or mobile app supply
  • Familiarity with IVT and fraud detection, ad rendering discrepancies or signal quality investigation
  • Experience improving or documenting onboarding processes for a growing publisher portfolio
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues

What we can offer

  • Bonus
  • Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office
  • Self-Managed Vacation policy (no max on annual leave!)
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Healthcare
  • 401k
  • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • LoopMe Gives Back
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles

Our Compensation and Benefits (for New York residents only)
