Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Support Integration Specialist to support our Government Training Services customers in Newport News, VA and supporting sites around the world.
This role primarily performs tasks related to military aviation ground training. Tasks or responsibilities include operational metrics analysis and reporting, proposal development, staffing coordination, tracking training completion and related records, coordinating remote site needs, providing organizational and administrative support to remote site managers, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must have high attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Establishes support requirements and definitions, statement of work-break down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans
  • Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities and research and development efforts
  • Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current
  • Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs
  • Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience with military airborne, ground, and/or training systems
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • 1+ years of experience supporting reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • USAF aviation training experience
  • Fighter training experience
  • Formal Training Unit experience, including formal syllabi, academics, ground training
  • Flight simulator training experience

Summary pay range: 94,350 - 127,650
