DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a

SVP of Data Management
  • Classification: Exempt/Full-time

  • Reports to: CFO

  • Travel: %10

  • Location: Remote/Hybrid

  • Salary: $200,000- $240,000.00

Role overview

The SVP of Data Managements role is to design, plan, monitor, and improve the organization’s Data Management functions. The central objective of this role is to ensure that the organization’s Data Management disciplines are running effectively and meeting the business’s needs regarding data. With the growing push for data and information being used as corporate assets, serving as integral platforms for generating revenue and competitive advantages, you must be able to understand both the technical points of Data Management, as well as the business drivers and needs regarding data. This individual must be able to understand the “bits and the bytes” related to the organization’s Data Management and develop a strategic plan for the technical space considering the business’s perspective and needs.

Role responsibilities

  • Set data strategy, governance, and operating model

  • Align data initiatives to business needs and value

  • Identify growth, efficiency, and cost-saving opportunities

  • Define org structure, goals, and KPIs

  • Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance alignment

  • Drive enterprise data and analytics capabilities

  • Oversee full data lifecycle and governance

  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance

  • Establish KPIs, SLAs, and delivery accountability frameworks

  • Support SAFe 6.0 and ITIL process execution

Key requirements

  • 15+ years experience managing and/or directing a Data Management operation or team

  • Proven experience leading strategic planning and initiative designs

  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-platform initiatives across all integration patterns (EAI, ETL/ELT, Streaming)

  • Proven experience leading high-growth, fast-paced teams

  • Knowledge and experience of DAMA DMBOK and the different disciplines of Data Management
