Blackstone is seeking an experienced leader to shape and drive priority digital initiatives while guiding the evolution of our insights function. This global role will accelerate digital impact across our commercial audiences by helping set strategy, aligning stakeholders, and delivering insights that inform action. The right candidate has led complex, cross‑functional programs and built integrated insights capabilities that support business growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives and Digital Enablement

  • Help drive priority digital initiatives across Private Wealth and broader digital enablement that accelerate commercial impact
  • Help lead the buildout and implementation of digital experiences across core Private Wealth constituencies, partnering alongside their leadership teams, technology and external partners.
  • Translate strategy into actionable workstreams—defining success metrics, decision points, and sequencing—while coordinating across channel, experience, and platform owners.
  • Help shape and drive technology roadmap through prioritization in a way that unlocks new capabilities and drives adoption of new technology and AI with appropriate governance and quality controls.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities across audiences, platforms, and digital capabilities, converting them into clear recommendations and initiatives.

 

Insights Leadership and Integrated Analytics

  • Develop and execute a global insights strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee insights collection, analysis, and dissemination across regions and business units.
  • Lead a team of insights professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Consolidate disparate analytics programs into a unified insights function with standardized measurement definitions, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders, including recommendations on priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Oversee the integration of analytics across the broader Corporate Affairs function as well as digital strategy and insights team in partnership with analytics and channel/execution leads.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure effective communication and dissemination of insights through leadership-ready narratives, readouts, and performance updates.
  • Represent the insights function in internal and external forums

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing and insights
  • Track record of driving and implementation of digital transformation initiatives (e.g. customer journeys, digital experiences, evolving paid and owned capabilities)
  • Proven experience shaping and influencing a technology roadmap (requirements, prioritization, adoption, governance) in partnership with technology and platform owners
  • Experience leading an integrated measurement vision—standardizing KPIs, definitions, governance, and reporting cadences across teams to enable consistent, trusted performance management.
  • Demonstrated capability to provide senior oversight of insights programs, guiding teams toward high-impact questions and ensuring rigor and relevance
  • Experience operating across functions (e.g., marketing, product/digital experience, platforms, comms/corporate affairs, legal/compliance, data/analytics teams) to align priorities, coordinate tactics and drive tech adoption.
  • Strong executive communication skills—translating complex performance and initiatives into concise narratives, clear tradeoffs, and leadership-ready recommendations.
  • Practical experience enabling adoption of new technology and AI-assisted workflows with governance, privacy/compliance awareness, and quality controls embedded in operating routines.
  • Bachelor’s degree; in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., Business, Economics, Marketing)

Expected annual base salary range:

$185,000 - $250,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
