Job Description

Position Overview

The SVP, Product Marketing and Enablement is the primary product storyteller and educator for our AI-Native platform(s). This role is the essential communication link between the technical Product & Data organization and all go-to-market teams (including Sales, Solutions Architects, and Customer Success).

While our corporate marketing team owns the master brand narrative, this role is responsible for translating that narrative into specific, compelling product stories and enablement resources.

You will take complex product roadmaps, releases, and strategies and make them understandable, relevant, and actionable. Your ultimate goal is to ensure our internal teams are empowered to sell and solution effectively, and our clients fully understand the value our product delivers within the framework of our company's core story.

Key Responsibilities

This role balances strategic partnership with the tactical creation of enablement materials.

Product Storytelling & Positioning

In close partnership with corporate marketing, translate the master brand narrative into specific product-level messaging. You will define the "what, why, and for whom" for product features, ensuring this positioning consistently supports the overall company story.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Support

Support the execution of the go-to-market strategy for all new products and features. Your primary role is to create the essential product-focused assets (e.g., launch announcements, technical one-pagers, presentation content) and ensure all go-to-market teams are fully prepared for the launch plan owned by corporate marketing.

Internal Enablement & Training

Act as the primary educator for go-to-market teams. You will create, maintain, and deliver a comprehensive library of enablement materials, including pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, and FAQs.

External Communication

In coordination with corporate marketing, craft and disseminate client-facing product communications. This includes writing user-friendly release notes, hosting client webinars, creating blog posts, and developing case studies.

Voice of the Field

Serve as a key feedback channel to both the Product team and corporate marketing, synthesizing insights gathered from Sales, Solutions Architects, and clients to help inform future roadmap priorities and refine the master narrative.

Primary Collaborators

As a highly cross-functional role, you will work in close partnership with:

  • Corporate Marketing: To act as a key product expert, informing the master narrative with technical insights and ensuring all product marketing efforts are in lock-step with the overall brand strategy and campaigns.
  • Product & Data Team: To gain a deep understanding of the product strategy, roadmap, and technical details of upcoming releases.
  • Solutions Architects: To equip them with the narratives and technical details they need to design effective client solutions and to understand real-world implementation challenges.
  • Sales & Business Development: To provide them with the messaging and tools required to effectively articulate our value proposition and drive new business.
  • Customer Success: To ensure they can communicate new features and value to existing clients, driving adoption and retention.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a focus on SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven platforms.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with proven experience building and managing high-performing teams and managing managers.
  • Deep expertise in the full product lifecycle, from Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and launch execution to developing and scaling client platform adoption programs.
  • Proven ability to market AI-native products, translating complex technical capabilities (AI/ML, data platforms) into clear, tangible business value.
  • Mastery of sales and customer success enablement, with a track record of creating impactful materials (e.g., pitch decks, demos, user onboarding guides) that drive new business and long-term internal team and client platform adoption.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives for both C-suite executives and technical practitioners.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, with a demonstrated ability to partner with and influence Product, Engineering, Account, and Corporate Marketing leaders.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required; MBA is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with the modern marketing tech stack, including CRM (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce)
