Job Overview
The Senior Vice President of Enterprise Alliances leads LPL’s national enterprise relationship management organization, partnering with the firm’s largest RIA enterprises. This executive is accountable for enterprise account strategy, team leadership, and delivering measurable outcomes across same‑store sales growth, net new asset recruiting, advisor and enterprise retention, and operational efficiency.
As a senior leader at LPL, the SVP works closely with cross‑functional partners including Business Development, Wealth Management Solutions, LPL Business Solutions, Growth Solutions, and Affiliation Model Innovation & Strategy to ensure LPL continues to lead in the RIA and custodian markets—both in the near term and over the long term.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a national team of senior relationship managers, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous development
Own LPL’s enterprise account management strategy, translating enterprise and advisor needs into growth, retention, and efficiency outcomes
Develop and execute three‑year strategic plans and departmental goals aligned with LPL’s OKR framework
Present enterprise strategic account plans to LPL’s Management Committee and CEO to inform firm‑wide investment and prioritization decisions
Partner with Affiliation Innovation & Strategy to provide market insights and requirements that shape LPL’s enterprise and RIA offerings
Identify, design, and launch programs that increase enterprise satisfaction, retention, and same‑store sales growth
Proactively manage enterprise retention risk amid industry, regulatory, and competitive evolution
Analyze market and client trends to develop insights and scalable solutions that enhance enterprise support
Serve as a senior representative of LPL with enterprise executives, advisors, and industry partners, demonstrating strong executive presence and influence
Partner with conference services and internal teams to deliver high‑impact live events and enterprise engagements
Contribute to enterprise‑wide and RIA‑related strategic initiatives on behalf of the relationship management organization

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field
10+ years of experience in financial services, with senior leadership experience in enterprise client, sales, or relationship management
Deep expertise in the RIA channel and custodian landscape, including key competitors and enterprise economic drivers
Demonstrated success leading teams through periods of growth, change, or transformation
Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives, develop multi‑year strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes
Core Competencies

MBA or other advanced degree
Demonstrated knowledge of LPL’s platform, products, and services
Experience leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and partnering with analytics and automation teams
Background leading national teams and managing enterprise‑scale client relationships
Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
Pay Range:
$176,233.00 - $293,756.00Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
