The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team supporting the recruitment function by providing exceptional administrative support, project coordination, and acts as the liaison between all internal and external partners involved in the recruiting process.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Scheduling and Administrative Tasks
- Schedule all aspects of the interview slates from initial phone screen and videoconference interviews to onsite meetings in both in NYC and NH Offices for recruiting team and hiring managers
- Manage calendars for TA team
- Act as a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, reinforcing the brand’s identity and commitment to a high-quality candidate experience
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
- Coordinate meeting/interview set up in conference rooms
- Communicate confirmation of interviews to candidates, hiring managers and office services team
- Register all candidates with front desk security to obtain clearance to the office
- Assist with sourcing new positions using LinkedIn and networking
- Monitor interviews throughout the day, ensuring all interviewees arrive on time
- Coordinate candidate travel; act as a liaison between travel partner and candidate and provide itinerary once confirmed
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings through conducting sourcing and research on LinkedIn and other
- Support virtual and in-person events by handling registration, event logistics, and materials preparation
Applicant Tracking System Support
- Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle through ATS including generating offer letters, pending tasks and all other candidate support and correspondence
- Assist with screening applications in ATS for select positions
- Assist with updating job descriptions, generating job requisitions in ATS and posting to multiple sites
- Assist with trouble shooting applicant tracking system issues and work through with candidates and internal systems administrator
Temporary Staffing
- Act as the initial point of contact both internally and with external agencies or freelancers
- Review and oversee all requests for accuracy; route to Finance for the approval process and assist with tracking
- Maintain excel sheet and physical records of all requests
- Assist with coordination and confirmation of temporary staffing offers
Onboarding and Orientation
- Draft and schedule all communication to new hires and hiring managers in preparation for first day
- Assist with orientation and onboarding by preparing schedules, creating onboarding packages and coordinating office tours with office services team
- Special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 1+ year previous experience in HR or Talent Acquisition preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous experience with HR Information Systems, ADP or Applicant Tracking Systems, and related report generation a plus
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
- Must be detail orientated and have strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical skills and exceptional follow-through,
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective, timely solutions
This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
Base Salary Range: $27.90/hour - 31.25/hour*
Bonus Eligibility: Yes, eligible for annual target bonus based on company and individual performance
