Tabs is the leading AI-native revenue platform for modern finance and accounting teams. Tabs agents automate the entire contract-to-cash lifecycle, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and reporting, to help teams eliminate manual work and accelerate cash flow.

High-growth companies like Cursor and Statsig rely on Tabs to generate invoices directly from contracts, reconcile payments in real time, and automate ASC 606 compliance.

Founded in 2023, Tabs has raised over $91 million from Lightspeed Venture Partners, General Catalyst, and Primary. The team is headquartered in New York and brings deep expertise in finance and AI.

Why This Role Matters

Hiring great people is the single biggest unlock for our growth. As Tabs continues to scale, delivering an exceptional hiring experience requires more than great recruiters, it requires world-class operations, automation, and AI fluency working behind the scenes to make the entire hiring engine faster and smarter.

That's where you come in.

In this role, you'll be the force multiplier behind our hiring engine. You'll improve the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that create seamless candidate experiences, keep interview processes moving, and give recruiters and hiring managers the leverage they need to stay focused on what matters most: identifying and closing top talent.

This isn't just a coordination role. It's a chance to:

  • Build recruiting operations from the ground up at a hypergrowth AI startup using AI to do it.

  • Directly impact company growth by improving hiring speed, quality, and efficiency through automation and data.

  • Partner closely with leaders across the business in a highly visible role.

  • Grow your career in Talent Acquisition Operations, and/or as a Recruiter.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love turning chaos into scalable systems, and get excited about using AI to eliminate manual work, this is the right role for you.

What You'll Do
  • Build and own AI-powered sourcing workflows that surface qualified candidates faster and at greater scale.

  • Design, implement, and maintain automations across scheduling, candidate communications, and pipeline management, replacing manual work wherever possible.

  • Own interview scheduling and coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders, and automate it where you can.

  • Manage candidate communications and logistics so every touchpoint feels polished and professional.

  • Handle rescheduling quickly and proactively to keep processes on track.

  • Coordinate onsite interviews, office logistics, and room bookings.

  • Own pipeline hygiene and data accuracy in Ashby.

  • Support recruiting reporting, metrics, and funnel analytics that leadership can act on.

  • Continuously improve workflows, automations, and recruiting processes using AI and modern tooling.

  • Coordinate resume reviews and interviewer feedback follow-up.

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to drive speed, accountability, and a great candidate experience.

  • Build the operational foundation for a scalable, AI-enabled hiring machine.

About You
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or a related people/ops role.

  • AI fluency. You've used AI tools to automate or accelerate real work, and you're eager to push much further.

  • Strong with data and reporting; comfortable turning recruiting metrics into insight that drives decisions.

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail.

  • Calm under pressure and able to manage many moving pieces at once.

  • Strong communicator who is polished, responsive, and candidate-friendly.

  • Comfortable working with ATS systems (Ashby experience is a plus).

  • Process-minded and always looking for smarter, faster ways to work.

  • Energized by startup pace and ambiguity.

  • A builder mindset.
