The Job:  

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Lead, you’ll be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team working as a remote employee.  You’ll get to:  

  • Responsible for driving operational excellence, planning rigor, and execution consistency across the global Talent Acquisition function. The position is fully remote and intended for a professional who can bring structure, governance, analytics, and cross-functional coordination to complex hiring operations across multiple regions.
  • The role ensures global alignment in reporting, process execution, operating cadence, and workforce planning. It serves as a key operational partner to TA leadership, regional recruiting teams, HR, Finance, and HRIT/HRIS/IT, helping translate business demand into scalable hiring operations and actionable execution plans.
  • This opportunity is well suited for someone with strong operations, project management, and analytical capabilities who understands how to build disciplined processes, manage competing priorities, improve workflow efficiency, and drive measurable outcomes across a distributed global organization. Leveraging Workday Recruiting, Alteryx, and Power BI, the position will strengthen operational visibility, improve planning accuracy, standardize execution, and support continuous improvement across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
  • Govern the global Talent Acquisition operating framework, including KPIs, reporting standards, data governance, and process compliance across regions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into hiring performance, funnel health, cycle times, recruiter capacity, and progress against hiring plans.
  • Deliver operational insights across U.S. Canada, LAG, EMEA, and APAC, while ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Partner with TA leadership, HR, and Finance on workforce planning, hiring prioritization, demand forecasting, and resource allocation across regions.
  • Lead hiring velocity planning, throughput forecasting, scenario modeling, and recruiter capacity reviews to improve predictability and workload balance.
  • Manage a global TA operating cadence, including business reviews, reporting packs, action tracking, and follow-up on strategic priorities.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the hiring lifecycle to strengthen execution, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Standardize workflows, SOPs, and best practices while balancing global consistency with regional market and compliance needs.
  • Improve efficiency and reporting reliability through automation using Alteryx and by strengthening Workday data quality and process controls with HRIS and IT.
  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations and serve as a strategic operations partner to TA leadership to improve team effectiveness and scale global recruiting operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting analytics, workforce reporting, People Analytics, and/or full-cycle recruiting.
  • Hands-on recruiting experience with strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting workflows, requisition management, funnel movement, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven success in global TA operations, including process improvement, reporting governance, operating cadence, and recruiter enablement across multiple regions.
  • Experience partnering across Canada, LAG, EMEA, APAC, and the U.S.
  • Strong expertise in Workday Recruiting, Power BI, and Alteryx, including dashboarding, automation, and reporting workflows.
  • Experience with workforce planning, forecasting, velocity modeling, and recruiter capacity management in complex, multi-region environments.
  • Strong understanding of TA performance drivers, process improvement, and change management.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders across recruiting, HR, Finance, and business teams globally.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery across regions.

The Salary range for this position is $77,600.00 - $124,900.00
