About Job

As we continue to expand our business across North America, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner specialising in Sales hiring across the NAMER & LATAM region.
This is a specialist Sales recruitment role rather than a generalist Talent Acquisition position. We are looking for someone whose recent experience has been dedicated to hiring high-performing Sales professionals across the United States and broader North American market.
You will partner closely with our CRO and Sales leadership team to own end-to-end recruitment across individual contributor and leadership positions, including BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, Enterprise Sales professionals, Regional Sales Leaders, and other revenue-generating roles.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the North American and LATAM Sales talent market with strong headhunting, stakeholder management, talent intelligence, and candidate-closing capabilities.

Skills & Qualification
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales roles across the NAMER and LATAM region, from intake and talent mapping through assessment, offer negotiation, and joining.

  • Partner closely with the CRO and Sales leadership team to understand business priorities, hiring requirements, target profiles, and regional talent needs.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-performing Sales professionals across different segments, including SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts.

  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through direct headhunting, referrals, professional networks, and market mapping.

  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies based on role requirements, geography, industry background, performance indicators, and relevant competitor organisations.

  • Conduct high-quality screening conversations to evaluate candidates against role requirements, sales performance, market experience, career motivation, and cultural alignment.

  • Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, market compensation, competitor activity, candidate expectations, and potential hiring challenges.

  • Drive a structured, efficient, and candidate-friendly recruitment process while maintaining momentum across all stages.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders on offer development, compensation alignment, negotiations, and candidate closing.

  • Build direct talent pipelines without relying on external recruitment agencies.

  • Maintain complete and accurate recruitment data within the ATS and provide regular updates on pipeline health, conversion, hiring progress, and potential risks.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Multiplier’s values and strengthens our employer brand in the North American market.

Responsibilities
  • At least five years of dedicated experience recruiting Sales professionals across the NAMER region, particularly within the United States.

  • Recent experience focused primarily or exclusively on Sales recruitment rather than generalist hiring.

  • A strong track record of hiring quota-carrying Sales professionals across different customer segments and levels of seniority.

  • Experience hiring roles such as BDRs, SDRs, Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Managers, Regional Sales Leaders, and senior Sales leadership.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates through direct headhunting.

  • Experience partnering directly with CROs, VPs of Sales, and other senior revenue leaders.

  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence, and constructively challenge hiring decisions when required.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate-engagement capabilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to recruitment data, reporting, and process management.

  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Must be based in the United States and comfortable working across NAMER time zones.
