About the Role

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team in New York. This role will report to our Head of Talent Acquisition (NY) and will be the first recruiter based in the US, playing a critical role in supporting Empathy’s next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role with increasing scope. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for US roles today, partner closely with hiring managers, and help lay the groundwork for a scalable recruiting function. Over time, this role will help inform process, structure, and hiring approaches as the team grows.

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in tech or high-growth environments
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and operating with sound judgment and prioritization
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-through
  • Clear, empathetic communicator who builds trust with candidates and internal partners
  • Flexibility to work in a Start-Up fast-paced environment, accommodating global time zones when needed.
  • Passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Experience working with a global team is preferred

The salary for this position ranges between $120,000 - $140,000. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
