As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ware Malcomb, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and diversification of your assigned region. You’ll oversee talent acquisition efforts, partnering closely with leaders to deliver full life-cycle recruiting services and strategic TA support. In this role, you will drive processes, implement best practices, and prioritize an exceptional candidate experience, all while fostering relationships and contributing to our vibrant culture and community.
Your Role
- Perform full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer negotiation for assigned open positions
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the recruiting process from start to finish. Be a trusted advisor to leaders
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to find the best talent for Ware Malcomb
- Proactively source and establish relationships with candidates to build a consistent pipeline of talent
- Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Understand Ware Malcomb culture and what makes a great candidate. Promote WM culture and values.
- Leverage Ware Malcomb’s internal network to gather team member referrals
- Manage assigned open positions and candidate workflow in ATS
- Contribute to initiatives that support the evolution and improvement of the TA team
- Participate in the WM Culture, Community, Philanthropy programs and initiatives
- Assist in the development and implementation of new sourcing methods, tools, and strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years full life cycle recruiting experience preferably within the field of Architecture, Interior Designer and/or Civil Engineering. Other technical, engineering, design or professional services related recruiting experience will also be considered.
- A combination or corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
- Preferred College Degree/Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an accredited related program.
- Strong sourcing skill set with experience in a variety of sourcing tools and methods
- Experience in the implementation and execution of strategic searches
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a fast-paced environment across multiple locations
- Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Excellent time management and communication skills
