Overview: 

In this role, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive interview experience in support of exceptional outcomes for our clients. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics for recruitment events and internship programs, managing background checks, and generating reports that support data-driven hiring decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Interviews:

  • Efficiently schedule 150-200 interviews a month, coordinate candidate travel, and manage last-minute scheduling changes in the hiring process
  • Utilize ADP Recruit to schedule interviews, including using self-scheduling and specific date and time features.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and ensuring a high-touch experience.

Internship Program Logistics:

  • Coordinate logistics for the summer internship program. This includes managing on-site events such as reserving conference rooms, ordering food, and managing hotel and/or travel reservations.
  • Screen intern candidates and send qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Prepare and send offer letters with guidance from the Recruiters.

Campus recruitment:

  • Coordinate recruitment events such as reserving job fairs and sending materials for the career fair.

Background Checks:

  • Initiate and monitor background checks for new hires ensuring timely completion.
  • Escalate background check issues to Director of TA as needed.

Reporting:

  • Manage recruitment reporting, including weekly open roles, monthly TA activity, and ad hoc reports as requested

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and ideally one or two years of experience in Human Resources or recruitment coordination, preferably within financial services.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Experience utilizing technology such as applicant tracking systems and other software to streamline tasks like interview scheduling. Experience with Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters, and have a service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to represent Bessemer to candidates.
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role. In addition, this position may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, and other compensation programs as applicable. Eligible employees may participate in a 401(k) program with a generous profit-sharing contribution, medical, prescription dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; disability coverage; paid holidays; vacation; and sick time, subject to plan terms and Company policies.
