About LoopMe

LoopMe uses AI to change how brand advertising is bought, measured, and optimised. Where most adtech platforms optimise for impressions or clicks, we optimise for what actually matters to brands — awareness, purchase intent, foot traffic, and sales. Our outcomes-based approach consistently delivers 2–5x the performance of industry benchmarks, which is why the world’s leading brands, agencies, and publishers work with us.

We’ve grown at 40% CAGR every year since 2018, generating over $2 billion in cumulative gross revenue, and we’re building toward $1 billion in annual revenue. That growth is powered by a 400-person global team across 19 cities — and by commercial talent that knows how to sell something genuinely differentiated in a crowded market. If you want to represent a product that wins on results, not relationships alone, this is the right place.

The opportunity

This role owns full-cycle GTM recruiting for LoopMe across North America, covering Sales, Sales Leadership, Account Management and Marketing hiring across the US. You’ll report to VP, Talent and work closely with commercial leaders to build the teams that drive LoopMe’s continued revenue growth. You’ll bring both the sourcing instincts to find great ad-tech talent and the stakeholder skills to move quickly in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do

•       Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles — Sales ICs, Sales Leadership, and Marketing — across the US.

•       Partner with commercial leaders to define hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

•       Build proactive pipelines of active and passive ad-tech talent through direct sourcing and professional networks.

•       Drive a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance.

•       Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, providing stakeholders with regular pipeline updates and forecasts.

•       Lead offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations against LoopMe’s compensation framework.

•       Establish and track recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and source effectiveness — to improve performance.

RequirementsWhat you’ll bring

Essential:

•       4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant focus on GTM or commercial roles.

•       Direct experience hiring in ad-tech, programmatic media, or digital advertising — you understand the talent landscape.

•       Strong proactive sourcing skills; you build pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

•       Track record of partnering effectively with senior commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

•       Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.

Nice to have:

•       Experience recruiting across Sales, Sales Leadership, and Marketing in a single role.

•       Familiarity with Workable or a comparable ATS.

•       Experience supporting global or multi-region GTM hiring.

Benefits
  • Hybrid working — Tues–Thurs in our Union Square office
  • Self-managed vacation (no maximum)
  • 1 month work-from-anywhere
  • Healthcare · 401k
  • Summer Fridays (half-day Fridays, Memorial Day through Labor Day)
  • LoopMe Gives Back
  • Learning & development support, including internal mobility and bi-annual promotion cycles

Compensation [$100,000-$130,000]

The range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role, such as performance bonuses.
