Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll own BECU’s sourcing and engagement model for Corporate, Operations and other business areas (both technical and non-technical roles)—enabling the Talent Acquisition team to connect with high-quality passive talent faster and more cost-effectively. You’ll have the opportunity to bring more than expertise to your work, and that matters here—your perspectives and lived experiences will help shape a sense of belonging at BECU and strengthen how we support our people, our members, and our communities.

To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA. If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week.  For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Live Our Values Every Day: You’ll carry out your work in alignment with BECU competencies and Information Protection standards, ensuring integrity and trust are always at the center of what you do.
  • Build Meaningful Talent Pipelines: You’ll proactively identify and engage top talent using advanced sourcing techniques—from market research and social platforms to tools like SeekOut, professional communities, and referrals—while nurturing early-stage relationships through CRM tools like Gem.
  • Map Talent Markets Strategically: You’ll explore and analyze where top talent lives and works—identifying key organizations, roles, geographies, and communities to inform your sourcing approach.
  • Create Candidate-Centered Messaging: You’ll develop candidate personas and craft personalized, engaging outreach that speaks directly to what matters most to different talent segments.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Engagement Campaigns: You’ll design and execute sourcing strategies across email, LinkedIn, CRM campaigns, and re-engagement efforts—bringing passive candidates into the conversation and inspiring them to explore BECU.
  • Conduct Insightful Candidate Screens: You’ll connect with potential candidates to understand their goals, skills, and interests—assessing alignment while creating a positive and engaging experience.
  • Partner for Success: You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on sourcing strategies, ensure seamless candidate handoffs, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate journey.
  • Nurture Long-Term Relationships: You’ll keep top prospects engaged through thoughtful, ongoing touchpoints like check-ins, relevant content, and updates—building trust over time.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll work with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Social Media, and Communications to create compelling content—from emails to landing pages—that strengthens outreach and employer brand.
  • Continuously Optimize Your Approach: You’ll monitor talent trends, candidate sentiment, and campaign performance—using data, testing, and insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Measure What Matters: You’ll track sourcing effectiveness through metrics, scorecards, and analytics—demonstrating ROI and identifying opportunities to improve.
  • Innovate Sourcing Strategies: You’ll stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing new tools, technologies, and techniques that enhance sourcing efficiency and impact.
  • Ensure Compliance and Integrity: You’ll ensure all sourcing and recruiting practices align with EEO guidelines, employment laws, and BECU policies.
  • Contribute Beyond the Role: You’ll support broader Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives, contributing to special projects and team goals as opportunities arise.
  • Step In Where Needed: You’ll take on additional responsibilities as assigned, bringing flexibility and a team-first mindset.

This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list. It's about making a significant, positive change in BECU’s journey, where your contributions are valued, and your growth is continually fostered.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN:
