We are seeking an Analyst to support the Tax Service Line Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, planning, pricing and revenue-cycle activities. This role is ideal for an early-career finance professional who can turn accurate data into clear, useful insights for practice leaders.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Review financial and operational metrics for the Tax practice and prepare recurring reports.
- Complete ad hoc analysis for finance and practice leaders.
- Prepare slides and summary materials for leadership meetings.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
- Analyze pricing, realization, margins and profitability.
- Support billing, collections, WIP and accounts receivable reporting.
- Maintain dashboards, validate data and resolve discrepancies.
- Improve recurring reports through reusable templates and automation.
- Partner with Tax Finance, FP&A and practice leaders on financial questions and special projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, reporting or revenue operations.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in professional services, accounting, legal or consulting.
- Familiarity with WIP, realization, utilization and leverage.
- Exposure to enterprise financial systems, business intelligence tools, SQL or Power Query.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic and large-data handling.
- Experience managing recurring deadlines and competing ad hoc requests.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and client information.
- Experience automating reports or building reusable analytical templates; progress toward CPA, CMA, MBA or a relevant analytics certification is a plus.
