Job Description

Providing tax compliance and advisory services to high net worth individuals and their closely held businesses with foreign investments; preparing a detailed review international tax compliance forms and work with a dedicated international tax team; advising U.S. and foreign individual investors of tax planning opportunities; developing tax models illustrating tax attributes, effective tax rate, and cash tax expense; preparing quantitative analysis including E&P studies, Subpart F, GILTI, ECI, PTEP, FTC, and Sections 962 computations; and assisting the Federal Tax Group with tax treaty analysis arising from inbound and outbound cross-border transactions and activities.

Minimum Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Commerce or Accounting; Five (5) years of Prior Progressive Experience as an Accountant; Certified Public Accountant Licensure or Foreign Equivalent; and Proficiency in CCH Axcess, GoSystem Tax, SurePrep, iManage, XCM, ATX, Lacerte,DT Max, Taxprep, Caseware and QuickBooks.

SALARY:  $147,000-$152,000, depending upon experience

HOURS:    9:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.
