Nexxen seeks a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to ensure efficient support of our Tier 1 CTV publishers. The Technical Account Manager will ensure technical support to both the publisher and the account management teams and be the subject matter expert for all things CTV internally.

What You’ll Do:

The Technical Account Manager will support our Tier 1 Connected TV (CTV) publishers. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical partner to both publishers and internal account teams, ensuring seamless platform support, driving account optimization, and acting as the internal subject matter expert for all things CTV.

Partner with the CTV Strategic Account Management Team

  • Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Tier 1 CTV publisher accounts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of publisher integrations, technical setups, and business objectives in partnership with Strategic Account Managers.

  • Support day-to-day publisher relationships by providing technical expertise during emails, business reviews, and customer meetings.

  • Translate complex technical requirements into practical, revenue-driving business solutions.

  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for publisher deals and platform-related issues.

Collaborate with Product

  • Develop a strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including publisher needs, DSP requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Identify product gaps and advocate for customer needs through a structured feature request process.

  • Own the submission, prioritization, and tracking of product enhancement requests.

Drive Customer Success and Business Growth

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues affecting CTV publisher accounts.

  • Partner with the Business Development team to evaluate prospective publisher opportunities and determine technical fit.

  • Support client meetings by providing technical expertise and solution recommendations.

  • Identify opportunities to increase product adoption, optimize performance, and drive incremental revenue.

  • Build clear business cases for product enhancements and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

  • Serve as Nexxen's internal CTV product expert, providing guidance across cross-functional teams.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within AdTech.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional service.

  • Experience with SQL is a plus but not required.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
