About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to develop Tech Alliances program in order to drive growth and innovation through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling strategic partnerships with AWS and top-tier ISVs such as Crowdstrike, Snowflake, Hashicorp and ServiceNow, developing joint solutions, and driving mutual success through collaboration.

You Will:

  • Develop Tech Alliances Partner Program:
    • Design and implement a comprehensive Cloud Service Provider and Tech Alliances program targeting AWS and ISV vendor partnerships.
    • Create scalable frameworks for partner engagement, enablement, and success.
  • Manage AWS Partnership
    • Develop and execute on joint plan, including pipeline and bookings targets
    • Drive-co-sell GTM motion
  • Recruit and Sign ISV Partnerships:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard key ISV partners to drive mutual business value.
    • Build strong relationships with ISV partner executives and key stakeholders.
  • Co-Develop Joint Solution Offerings:
    • Collaborate with ISV partners to create joint solution briefs, collateral, and value propositions.
    • Ensure alignment between product roadmaps and joint solution goals.
  • Enable Sales and Go-to-Market Execution:
    • Train and enable both Veza and ISV sales teams on joint solution offerings.
    • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
  • Drive Partner-Sourced Pipeline:
    • Establish and execute strategies to generate ISV-sourced sales pipeline.
    • Measure, report, and optimize partner-sourced revenue contributions.
  • Develop Technical Integrations:
    • Collaborate with technical teams to build and maintain integrations with key ISV ecosystems.
    • Ensure seamless technical alignment between Veza and ISV products.

You Have:

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in tech alliances, partnerships, or business development within the B2B SaaS space.
  • Track Record: Proven success in building and scaling ISV partnerships, ideally in the cybersecurity or data management industries.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a history of working with executive stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of technical integrations and ability to work closely with technical teams.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive joint initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
