Vistar Media, part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, is building the technology that powers the future of out-of-home (OOH) advertising. Through Vistar’s acquisition of Adstruc, a software platform that helps agencies and media owners plan, buy, and sell traditional OOH media, we now have an opportunity to bring greater automation and programmatic principles to the more than $20 billion global market for traditional OOH. For nearly 15 years, Adstruc has automated workflows across the traditional OOH buying and selling process, helping customers work more efficiently and supporting hundreds of millions of dollars in media spend.

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the next chapter of Adstruc. You’ll own the product vision and roadmap, deepen our understanding of how traditional OOH is planned and bought, and guide the integration of Adstruc into Vistar’s broader product suite. Working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, customers, and external partners, you’ll evolve Adstruc from a platform that supports how traditional OOH is bought and sold today into one that helps move the market toward a more automated future governed by programmatic principles.

● Develop a strong understanding of the traditional OOH planning and buying process to inform product development and prioritization decisions.
● Manage and align the product backlog, prioritize features, write user stories, and work with UI/UX design to create and refine tickets for development.
● Collaborate with engineering leaders on strategy and the creation and execution of roadmaps to enhance Adstruc’s solutions for traditional OOH.
● Drive the integration of Adstruc’s capabilities into Vistar’s other product offerings, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
● Support the launch of new initiatives that impact customer workflows within the traditional OOH space.
● Measure product usage and gather user feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.
● Play a key role in expanding the Adstruc product into international markets, ensuring that it meets diverse market needs and opportunities.

Education and Work Experience:

● 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably with exposure to platform technologies and cloud-based solutions.
● Proven ability to define product vision, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
● Customer-oriented mindset, with a deep empathy for end-users and passion for solving problems
● Strong product sense, with an opinionated view of what makes a well designed product and customer experience
● Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand software systems, API
integrations, and data modeling.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex discussions, write succinct product specs, and present to senior stakeholders.
● Ability to balance short-term wins with long-term product vision
● Self-starter with a team player attitude, thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
