About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who combines a strong technical foundation with exceptional storytelling skills. The ideal profile mirrors someone who has evolved from Sales Engineering or a development background into strategic product marketing—someone who can bridge product depth with powerful narratives that drive engagement, enjoys digging into products and understanding how they work, and being at the forefront of industry defining technology.

This person will play a central role in shaping how Transmit Security tells its product story through interactive demos, AI-driven content, and compelling messaging. They should comfortable leveraging tools, platforms, and AI to build creative, compelling, and engaging content and assets for technical audiences, as well as confident and credible in presenting and representing the platform through all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and Scale Product Narratives

  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated stories tailored to both technical and executive audiences and across industries and verticals.
  • Create and contribute to structured messaging frameworks and value propositions that can be leveraged by the most technical sales teams.
  • Create and author thought leadership and technical content to engage with customers and the industry.
  • Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Leadership to influence and align narratives with strategic priorities.

2. Interactive Demo Tools & Enablement

  • Build and maintain demo environments that reflect real customer scenarios. Develop and enable best practises, scripts and guides, and assist with enhancing technical relationships with customers, partners, industry and analyst communities.
  • Create scalable, repeatable, and efficient demo flows and modular use cases, similar to the frameworks often built by experienced Sales Engineers.
  • Partner with GTM teams to ensure demos are adopted, standardized, and continuously improved.

3. AI-Driven Content Creation

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Sora) to create engaging videos, narratives, demos, and product explainers.
  • Automate portions of the content creation process to scale high-impact assets quickly.
  • Build and maintain a reusable content library supporting Sales, Marketing, and Product initiatives.

4. GTM & Customer Enablement

  • Develop enablement content and demo assets to empower AEs, SEs, and partners.
  • Create internal and customer-facing technical storytelling frameworks for product launches, field enablement, and executive briefings.
  • Support customer adoption and expansion with advanced demo and messaging capabilities - supporting the sales and SE teams where applicable.
  • Assist in the development and internal amplification of competitive research and enablement.

5. Performance & Optimization

  • Measure the impact of narratives, demos, and content assets on pipeline velocity and engagement.
  • Continuously refine and scale assets to align with evolving product strategy and market trends.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to product, marketing, and sales leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Strong technical security background — previous experience as a Sales Engineer, Developer, or Technical PMM is preferred.
  • Proven ability to craft product narratives and demo strategies that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Sora) for video and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or cybersecurity product landscapes - particularly fraud and identity
  • Demonstrated experience enabling GTM teams with demos, content, and structured messaging.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

The OTE salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000. Individual compensation for this role is determined based on various factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, location, and overall business and organizational needs.
