We are hiring a Technical Sourcer to help build the teams shaping Fetch’s Product, Engineering, and AI future.
This role is responsible for identifying and engaging high-impact talent across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and technical people leadership. The scope spans individual contributors and managers across functions that directly influence product velocity, technical scale, customer experience, and long-term innovation.
You will partner closely with recruiters and senior leaders to translate business priorities into focused talent strategies, build high-quality pipelines for critical roles, and bring market insight to complex hiring decisions. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by solving hard search problems, mapping talent markets, and helping teams access talent they would not reach through traditional channels.
This is a Full-Time Contractor (FTC) position that can be based in one of our US offices or remotely within the United States.
Role Responsibilities
- Build targeted pipelines across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and technical leadership roles
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring leaders to understand business needs, role requirements, and talent priorities
- Translate ambiguous search briefs into clear sourcing strategies, talent maps, and target company landscapes
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive talent for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles
- Bring strong judgment to profile review, helping teams distinguish meaningful signal from surface-level alignment
- Provide market insight on talent trends, competitor movement, compensation dynamics, and availability of talent
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies to improve speed, precision, and conversion
- Craft thoughtful, differentiated outreach that reflects Fetch’s values, ambition, and opportunity
- Partner closely with Recruiters to maintain alignment on calibration, pipeline quality, and search direction
- Leverage sourcing tools, data, and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and improve outcomes
- Help strengthen Fetch’s presence in the market by representing our technical and product organizations with clarity and credibility
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of sourcing experience across technical and product-oriented functions
- Demonstrated success supporting searches in a mix of Engineering, Data, Product, Design, and/or technical leadership hiring
- Ability to build high-quality pipelines for complex, business-critical roles in fast-moving environments
- Strong understanding of how technical, product, and design skill sets translate into on-the-job impact
- Experience partnering effectively with Recruiters and hiring leaders to refine search strategy and candidate calibration
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to create personalized, high-conviction candidate outreach
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning evolving business needs into actionable sourcing plans
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools; Gem experience strongly preferred
- Curiosity, strong judgment, and a high degree of ownership
- Interest in using AI and new tools to work smarter, move faster, and improve sourcing outcomes
