We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer - DAS to join our team at JMA Wireless. This position is to support customer implementations, maintenance, troubleshooting with execution capabilities that ensure timely delivery, high quality standards, adherence to budgetary constraints, and development of scalable delivery practices for all JMA DAS solutions. Leveraging expertise in commissioning, RF testing, data analysis, and troubleshooting, the DAS Support Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring remote and on-site support for JMA DAS solutions and wireless services that set JMA apart from the competition. Expect to travel up to 60% of the time and sometimes without notice.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 year technical degree or related military experience desired
- 2+ years of support experience related to Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
- Base station system knowledge required
- Knowledge of LTE and 5G protocols
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Must be within range of a major airport and be prepared to travel up to 40%
