You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically curious, comfortable reading documentation, and confident investigating issues until you find the right solution.

What You’ll Do

  • Become a product expert and help customers successfully use Bright Data’s platform.
  • Provide professional technical support via email and phone.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and identify root causes.
  • Explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly way.
  • Recommend best practices and optimal workflows.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
  • Continuously learn about new product features and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Help Desk, Customer Support, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
  • Experience with Python or another programming language is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand technical documentation and quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of customer issues.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously improve.
