The Opportunity

Our New York office is looking for a second to fifth year Technology Transactions associate with big law or relevant in-house counsel experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of intellectual property law and demonstrated drafting and negotiation experience across a wide variety of technology transactions, including software, technology and content licenses, development agreements, professional services agreements, manufacturing, collaboration, supply and distribution agreements, and e-commerce, media, and entertainment transactions.

Experience assisting on M&A and equity financing transactions, including drafting transaction agreements, and conducting IP due diligence, is a plus. Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar.

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience and salary range is $235,000 – $365,000.
