Position Summary:

The Timekeeping Coordinator is responsible for collecting and entering the engagement hours of participants at assigned WeCARE activities and for providing reports and administrative support as needed.  

What You'll Do 

  • Collection of participants’ timekeeping hours in both hard copy and electronic form. 

  • Analyze timekeeping entries in FedcapCARES, the Fedcap WeCARE internal system. 

  • Enter timekeeping data into HRA’s timekeeping component of SEAMS, the HRA system of record. 

  • Print reports and review for errors and inconsistencies. 

  • Work with other staff members to identify potential issues with participant timekeeping. 

  • Scan and catalogue timesheets and other related documents into FedcapCARES and SEAMS. 

  • Enter participant demographic data and action codes and scan documents into computerized databases.  

  • If necessary, perform telephone outreach to individuals who have failed to register any timekeeping within a given period. 

 

You're a great fit for this role if you have: 

  • High school diploma or GED required.    

  • Bachelor or associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred. 

  • One (1) or more years of satisfactory full-time administrative support experience  

  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and be sensitive to maintaining confidentiality. 

  • Experience working with public assistance recipients, homeless, formally incarcerated, and/or those affected by the challenges associated with poverty a plus. 


Compensation

$19.72-$20.68/hr./$41k-$43k annually
